The 37th Baba Nyonya International Convention is organized by State Chinese Penang Association (SCPA).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. ONLY for medical / health / emergency reason.
2. Cancellation received on or before 31st July 2026 = 80% refund
3. Cancellation between 1st August 2026 and 31st October 2026 = 50% refund
4. Cancellation after 31st October 2026 = NO refund.
5. Substitution of delegates is allowed with written notification prior to 1st October 2026
6. Delegates who fail to attend the Convention will not be entitled to any refund
