Food Adventures is a series of events created by TPAS to celebrate Peranakan cuisine. Featuring a market walk, talk and finally a cooking demonstration, the aim is to highlight the end-to-end journey from sourcing ingredients, to the finished dish(es). While showcasing “everyday” cooking, lesser known ingredients and dishes will also be introduced.
Join Baba Matt Tan in this special 3-part Food Adventures series — from the bustle of the market, to engaging heritage talks, and finally to the joy of a cooking demo that brings it all together.
Choose from any one of the adventures or attend all three. It’s all up to you!
