Baba Terry Tan has been involved with food for 60 years. As a journalist he has been at different times been a food columnist, cookery teacher and cookbook writer. With more than 35 books to his name a few winning global awards. His forte being Asian culinary culture he is currently working on an update of his first book, The Straits Chinese Cookbook, scheduled for release in 2024. He has travelled the world giving cooking demonstrations mainly on Asian food culture and predominantly on Nyonya cuisine.
