Dear members,
Further to my letter of 31 March 2020, this is a reminder about the postponement of our Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 26 April 2020.
It has been postponed to Sunday 21 June 2020, 2.30pm, at the Asian Civilisations Museum’s Ngee Ann Auditorium.
This is in full compliance with our government’s latest requirements during the Circuit Breaker period.
However, please understand that the situation is extremely fluid and uncertain, and it may still be necessary for us to postpone again.
In the interim, we will also be exploring virtual meeting solutions as an option.
Members should hold on to their AGM packs mailed to them in mid-March.
We shall still use them when we meet in June.
The Proxy and Nomination Forms delivered with the AGM pack will continue to be valid.
The deadline for submission of these forms to the Secretariat is now extended to 2.30 pm, 7 June 2020.
Proxy forms can be submitted by post to: Raffles City P.O Box 1640, Singapore 911755.
We are facing unprecedented times. We must come together as Singaporeans and join the national effort in the concerted battle against the virus.
