Hi!

I am currently renovating my new house in joo chiat and am in love with the colorful tiles that are of peranakan designs (usually used to decorate the facade of old perankan convseration houses). There are some old tiles that are available in the market but the supply is limited and insufficient for my purpose. Can anyone tell me where about i can get the supply of the reproduction tiles?

    Thanks!

    Regards
    J

I think u can try to contact the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). They are invovle in conservation of old buidling and might have contact for repairing or reproduction of such tiles.

Hello, I know this link is old but does anyone have access to the peranakan tiles?

I know there are some 20cm by 20cm ones out in the market place that are made in vietnam but they are charging a lot ($4.50 per tile + GST).
