    Hi everyone,

My name is Elizabeth Soh and I am a reporter with the Straits Times. We're doing a special feature next week on dialect/minority groups in Singapore and how they celebrate Chinese New Year.

So I'm appealing for any Peranakan close knit families which still stick to some old customs and blended others in with new ones to contact me if they are willing to share their culture and heritage with the rest of Singapore. It will involve an interview, and we will need to have some information and pictures about special dishes Peranakans enjoy.

Really hope some of you can get back to me on this! I'm contactable either at 96999742 or e-mail me at esoh@sph.com.sg

    Thank you!
    Elizabeth
