    Hie everyone

    I'm new here. Starting and looking for my family roots.
    My dad is a Peranakan from Indonesia, with surname of Lee.

    However, cause he's a very private person and me being the youngest
    know nuts abt my family roots. SO now, I'm on my journey to finding my very own roots and family history.

    Really hoping that I'd be able to find important help and links, even
    relatives here !

    Hi Joy,
    Hope you will be able to find some clues regarding your Peranakan ancestors from this site, but as we are all mostly Singaporeans, I think you may have to try some sites in Indonesia or by the city/towns there to get to the beginnings of your father's family side. You'll need to find out where he was born, his parents details and so forth. From there, you can go on to the Peranakan sites if you have their full names and where they stayed and in which years.
