12 days of Christmas, 15 Days of Chinese New Year, what about the traditional Peranakan Wedding? Kids bouncing on the marital bed,wedding mischief like putting the cock and hen under the bed to see which one came out first and other unmentionables!

Calling your elders to eat is a luxury that today we enjoy but perhaps do not even practice! Who ate first? Was it the man of the house or the Matriarch? What do we use fingers or fine china? What dishes were served and for what purpose?

I am told that just by the title that we address our elders or relatives, an outsider would know how we're related! Sah Koh, See Koh, Chay Chek, Peh Pek, Mak Koh, Kong Kong, Papa, Mama, Chay Chay, Tua Chee, Kor Kor, Tee Tee.. Please help!
